About us

About us

Connecting the next generation of Dutch negotiators

The Dutch Negotiation Network is a non-profit organisation creating a vibrant community where ambitious students challenge each other to develop their full potential as negotiators.

We bridge the gap between academic insights and practical application, connecting students from universities across the Netherlands with industry experts and professionals passionate about negotiation.

What We Do

Two pillars of negotiation excellence

From national competitions to university initiatives, we create opportunities for growth at every level.

Dutch Negotiation Open

The first national negotiation competition open to students from all backgrounds. Compete against the brightest minds across the Netherlands in realistic scenarios and compete for the title of best student negotiator.

Negotiation Projects

We promote and support student-driven negotiation initiatives at Dutch universities, providing guidance, resources, and operational support to help local negotiation communities thrive.

The Dutch Negotiation Network (DNN) is the leading national platform for negotiation training, research, and community building in the Netherlands. We connect students, professionals, and researchers to develop negotiation skills, share insights, and foster collaboration between academia and practice. Our two main tasks are organising the Dutch Negotiation Open competition annually and maintaining and expanding the network of Negotiation Projects.

Our Mission

To equip students and professionals with world-class negotiation skills through immersive training, practical experience, and international competition, while fostering a vibrant community of negotiation excellence across the Netherlands.

Our Vision

To be the premier negotiation training and networking platform in the Netherlands, recognized for our ability to develop future leaders, connect them with industry, and create impact at the intersection of negotiation, research, and business practice.

What We Do

DNN supports local negotiation initiatives (NPx) at universities across the Netherlands, organizes flagship national and international events, and offers a Negotiation Fellowship Program to train the next generation of negotiation leaders.
