
Dutch Negotiation Open 2026 builds on the momentum of a record breaking past year, setting a new benchmark for what a negotiation competition can be. Following the success of DNO 2025 the largest and most advanced edition to date, DNO 2026 steps into the future with greater ambition and an even more immersive competitive experience.
Participants will take part in four challenging rounds, working through expertly designed cases that mirror real world negotiation situations. DNO 2026 is judged by a strong and diverse panel of negotiation and professionals, practitioners, and DNO and NPT alumni. Their experience ensures fair evaluation, valuable feedback, and a learning experience for all participants.
With continued support from industry partners and sponsors, DNO 2026 represents the next step in negotiation education in the Netherlands expanding in scale and connecting academia with professional practice.
DNO 26 will take place in June of 2026 and the event will last three days.

Dutch Negotiation Open 2025 was the biggest DNO yet and the most advanced negotiation competition in the Netherlands. The event lasted three days. There were four rounds of three cases from experts such as Luc le Fever, Mateusz Motyl, and Nicole Yacoubian. The list of the judges included procurement specialist from Philip's negotiation excellence team, who were Michiel Bekkers and Noah Waldenberger, Mateusz Motyl from SKN Negocjator, Gabriele Maglio and Flavia Cucarro from the Negotiating Lab, and many NPT alumni. DNO 2024 was a one-day negotiation competition with two one-and-a-half-hour cases.
The judges included Gabriele Maglio and Federico Furnari from the Negotiating Lab, Alex Fuhri Snethlage from Transition Corporate Finance, Miriam Haas from G-NE GmbH, Henrike Heunis. who is a PhD researcher at the University of Twente, and David Charles van der Griend from the Gap Partnership.
